    $a The aim of research was to identify the changes of body posture and dynamic spine function of female secondary school students after adaption of physical program which was within lessons of physical and sport education. The research group consisted of 45 female students of the first year of secondary school in Žilina (age-15.42 ±0.38 years; body weight-55.13 ±3.69 kg; height-167.82 ±2.51 cm; body mass index-19.72 ±1.51). In terms of data acquisition methods, we applied standardized tests and methods. To evaluate the impact of adapted physical program on muscular and skeletal system of secondary school students within lessons of physical and sport education we applied Wilcoxon test (Wtest p < 0.01; p < 0.05). The statistical significance of differences between observed variables of pre-tests and post-tests, as practical and material significance, was evaluated by Effect size, Pearson's-r. The prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders in the school-age population might lead to the occurrence of vertebrogenic diseases in adulthood, which stresses the importance of timely primary prevention in the form of health-oriented compensatory exercise programs. Aim of Study. This pilot study presents targeted diversification of physical and sport education syllabi focused on the improvement of the musculoskeletal system’s functions in young female students, including body posture, dynamic capacity of the spine, and the muscle system. Material and Methods. The study group comprised of 24 high school female students, divided into experimental (EG; 16.32 ± ± 0.32 years) and control (CG; 16.56 ± 0.56 years) groups.     $a In many HEIs in Europe today, staff and students may be scarce while the degree of Bologna process implementation remains unequal. On the other hand, developing countries face multiple development challenges and one major problem for HEIs is brain drain and/or unavailability of highly qualified human resources to teach in scarcity areas and/or new academic fields necessary for fulfillment of job market requirements. This research paper focuses on the potential of the KA107 mobility scheme to find common grounds for joint capacity-building practices in co-teaching through an example of a good practice implemented in a transregional context. The effectiveness of this type of partnership using EU ERASMUS+ teaching staff exchanges will be illustrated following the Exchange programme between one Central European university - Univerzita Mateja Bela in Banska Bystrica, Slovakia - and one Government-funded university located in the Indian ocean - the University of Mauritius. Strengths and weaknesses of this cooperation will be considered in order to identify and outline new perspectives for innovative HR strategies with the Erasmus+ programme for a win-win partnership. The perspectives for a long-term academic cooperation will be discussed, namely with the use of digital technologies to reach educational goals
