The economic, legal, and political systems that have developed over time are the visible elements of a more fundamental set of shared meanings in society. Culture also affects the goals of the institutions of society, the way the institutions operate, the employment relations connected with the mobility and the reasons that their members have for their policies and behaviour. The aim of this monograph is to analyse the employment issues within the European integration area and its important impact on the human mobility in the European context. We also emphasize the discriminatory factor in human resource management. We have used the methods of analysis, deduction and comparison during the composition of this scientific monograph.
