The Creation of the New Czechoslovak Family Law in the Period of 1948-1950 = Tvorba nového československého rodinného práva v období tzv. právnickej dvojročnice 1948-1950 / Ivana Šošková. -- The article is aimed at the circumstances of the preparation and adoption of the Act No. 265/1949 Coll. on family law as the first result of so called legal "two-year" period of 1948-1950 in the Czechoslovak Republic. Author in adition to explaining the legislative procedures by creating the new code of family law brings also archively founded "back-view" over forming and adjusting some concrete rules associated with obligatory civil marriage.
