Vazaca as well as the Slovak translation Bludisko času by M. Jurovská. The question is whether the DM is only a simple articulator of the information or whether, on the contrary, it carries modal values. The semantic and pragmatic analysis of the term and its translational equivalents demonstrates their evidential value and their epistemic modality. We conclude that (DM) évidemment and its Romanian and Slovak equivalents are at the crossroads of the certain and the probable.
