The aim of this paper is to specify the reasons that positively influence the employees´ decision to stay in the hotel with regard to their age and education. We assume that the age structure and achieved education influence quality of employee´s work performed and personal stabilization. The research was undertaken in 2019. We confront the results of the survey with the conclusions of foreign research studies.
