The paper analyzes the forms of recruiting as an important part of personnel work with the minimal costs and such quantity and quality of employees that are desirable to satisfy the corporate needs of human resources. It points to the recruitment process in order to identify the advantages and disadvantages of innovative forms in this field and to propose measures for their more efficient use in business practice in Slovakia. The subject of the research were innovative forms of recruitment. The object of the research were 284 enterprises operating in Slovakia. The innovative forms of recruiting are mostly influenced by technical progress; the popularity of particular social and professional networks; the availability of virtual workshops; the development of assessment centers and serious games. Both standard and innovative forms are affected by the type of job position and the overall attitude of HR employees and business owners towards modern practices in general. We can say that innovative forms are still in the process of adapting in Slovakia and are not the most used way of recruiting employees. Majority of Slovak enterprises, regardless of any incorporation, most frequently use advertisements, recommendations and direct search while recruiting new employees. Innovative forms of recruiting can be mostly found among advertising and marketing agencies, IT and communication companies. With the arrival of a new generation of employees to the position of HR managers, owners and employees connected to the Internet forms from their early age, we expect the innovative forms to occupy the first positions. We also expect some of the innovative forms, for example serious games or virtual trade fair, to infiltrate slowlier, considering the difficulty of preparation and overall opinion of the society. Development of these innovations is closely connected to popularity of the social networks. If a social network is less popular, firms will stop using it and they will focus on the other social sites or other forms of getting new employees URL Link na plný text Public work category AFC No. of Archival Copy 45733 Catal.org. Descr. príspevky v zborníku - proceedings papers Language English Country Turkey Annotation The support of talented employees is closely related to the success of the company and its attractive position on the market compared to the competition. Ineffective communication causes that employees are less involved and willing to find their own talents. The activities and benefits should be intended to provide opportunity and develop their knowledge and skills, and for undiscovered talents to demonstrate the potential of supervisors, managers to increase the chances of award and career growth. The lack of visibility of talent has a negative impact on whole talent management. Therefore, it is necessary to invest enough time and energy in all talent management processes. Many companies imitate successful competitors and often take advantage of the one who started the first. They avoid known mistakes and welcome the advantageous opportunity to use proven knowledge and experience. This ultimately leads to the overall development of the business environment and the improvement of the whole human society. The talent management area is no exception. Adient Slovakia, s. r. o. (plc.). is an example of best practice in talent management in Slovakia. Therefore, on this example the paper examines how to work with talented employees in the company. It characterizes what employees are and should be considered as talents, what qualities, abilities and skills they should possess. The aim of the paper is to identify the process of working with talented employees in a multinational company on the example of Adient Slovakia. In order to fulfil the objective, the information was obtained by a structured interview with a senior manager of the human resources department URL http://www.ocerints.org/socioint19_e-publication/abstracts/a354.html https://epale.ec.europa.eu/sk/content/socioint-2019-6th-international-conference-education-social-sciences-and-humanities Public work category AFC No. of Archival Copy 47824 Catal.org.
