Healthcare began offering the private sector, was est ablished competitors and medical facilities still must fight for their place in the market for health care. Many health care facilities have been transformed into non-profit organization providing charitable services and joint stock companies. These facts necessitated a change in the management of medical equipment that is unsure financial contributions from the state and the financial resources obtained under contracts with health insurance companies.
