A communication concept is a communication access which is used by communicators to reach their goal. In text a communication concept is realised by communication tools. There are three types of communication tools: persuasive techniques, arguments and stereotypes. Communication tools are the main determinants of a communication concept’s nature. A communication concept can be persuasive-communication and manipulative-communication. The nature of communication concept as whole is determined by the position of its components on an axis between persuasion and manipulation.
