Československo Language English Country Great Britian systematics 347.7 Annotation By the formation of the Czechoslovak State (as of 28 October 1918 on the basis of Act No. 11/1918 Coll.) then valid statutes and regulations remained in force even in the area of the commercial law. Commercial law in our country (i.e., in the former Czecho-Slovakia) even after 1950 existed in a very narrow form first of all within the context of the civil law and after the release of the Economic Code in 1964 in a wider framework of the economic law. It should, however, be pointed out that the institutes of commercial law, in view of the mandatory way of national economic planning and obligatory force of economic plans could not have been fully developed in our state Public work category ADE No. of Archival Copy 31369 Catal.org.
