Theodoulides, Lenka, 1967- Inovácie v manažmente a ich význam pre dlhodobo úspešné fungovanie organizácie / Lena Theodoulides. -- The financial and economic crisis had brought the bigger need for the innovative approaches, importance to apply new ideas and implement changes. The outcomes of the innovativeness in the organizations are new, very often original approaches in the management of the processes, organizational changes, and product and service innovations. The term innovativeness started to be used at the beginning of the 21st century when the innovations in the management became crucial for the successful and sustainable business. This paper emphasized at the definition of the innovative management based on the explanation of the core of the management innovations. The emphases are given to new forms of cooperation related to inter-organizational forms based upon the resource theory and social capital theory. The future orientation of the management theory is supported by the recent research findings.
