The article also deals with business processes and the importance of carrying out their simulation using information systems. Simulation presents a tool for efficiency profiling of the enterprise activities, enabling to monitor business processes, analyze them, make changes, decide on the optimal option. And all this without any real intervention in the processes, because the article is talking about a computer simulation, which works with various programs that are currently designed to simulate.
