    Stabilization of employees in tourism in Slovakia through their motivation = Stabilizácia zamestnancov v cestovnom ruchu na Slovensku prostredníctvom ich motivácie / Lukáš Smerek. -- The aim of the article is to identify the factors that motivate employees in tourism in Slovakia to stay working for their current employer and to assess the differences in the perception of chosen motivational factors between the genders and employees with different levels of education. The analysis is based on the questionnaire survey. The article concludes that the most motivating factors are job security associated with satisfactory financial reward and interesting job. While financial reward and job security are very motivating especially for employees with basic and secondary education, interesting job is more motivating for employees with university education. Similarly, the differences were observed in the perception of motivational factors between the genders. While women are more motivated by the interesting job, men are more focused on material success and prefer financial reward.
