The paper is a critical reply to Raclavský's paper "Conceptual Dependence of Verisimilitude (Against Miller's Translation Invariance Demand)" published recently in Organon F. I argue that Raclavský's diagnosis of Miller's language dependence argument is wrong and that Raclavský's approach to the problem of verisimilitude fails for several reasons. First of all, Raclavský misinterprets Miller's argument, thus there is no serious criticism of it. Secondly, in Raclavský's own theory there is no objective way how to control verisimilitude appraisals yielded by his (hyperintensional) approach. The main reason is that these appraisals are completely dependent on conceptual systems in which they are formulated. Finally, I try to explain that verisimilitude appraisals can be dependent on a language or a conceptual system only partly and that that is what Tarski's Convention T implies.
