Its aim is to review the level to which multicultural and language barriers influence success of individual phases of handling information in CI cycle. The level to which these barriers effect the processes of resources selection and their availability as well as the effect of these barriers on making analysis will be assessed. To analyse the results of questionnaire research of 105 respondents, methods of regressive and correlation analysis will be used. Based on respondents' opinions evaluation and our knowledge some recommendation aimed at improvement of the level of awareness concerning competitive environment will be defined.
