    AnnotationThe organizational structure is an important factor which affects the quality and the effectiveness of the management process. Nowadays, in the time of changing competitive conditions, it is necessary to look for new forms of organizational structure, which are the best for new changed conditions. The paper is focused on definition of organizational structure and current trends in organizational structure in corporations, as the factor which should be influence into company’s competitiveness. The goal of article is to introduce new types of organizational structures based on independency of teams, cost savings and internet use, in connection with efficiency, performance and competitiveness of organization
