The theoretical initial analysis the phenpmena of job satisfaction as one of social dimensions of corporate responsibility.It presents the results of research aimed to determine satisfaction of public employees with the physical and social conditions of their work. We found that employees in selected agencies are satisfied with working conditions, but differencies emerged in the evaluation of individual components of working conditions and we also noticed differencies in terms of gender.
