In its several recent decisions Public Procurement Office of the Slovak Republic examined, within the objection procedure, if the procurer did not infringe the principle of non-discrimination, while it not only interpreted the Slovak Act on Public Procurement in conformity with EC law, but directly applied some articles of the Treaty establishing European Community. The Office motivated its decisions by the Community law as well as by the related case-law of the Court of Justice of European Communities.
