Annotation	Research was done on 30 outpatients with schizophrenia. Severity of illness, criteria of symptomatic remission, side effects, quality of life and subjective well-being were considered. Patients treated with atypical antipsychotics have significant higher subjective well-being score than patients treated by conventional antipsychotics
