    AnnotationEthical education is a compulsory optional subject within the state educational program for ISCED levels 1 - 3A. Theory of Education to pro-social behavior by R. Roche Olivar forms a fundamental basis for Slovak educational project of ethics. Here runs a small quiet revolution over the past decade in Slovak model of Ethical education - at least in the philosophical anchor, baselines and in the critique of contemporary design. Ethical education is pro-social behavior education. Many theorists point out that it prevails pro-social behavior, without deeper links with moral problems and crises currently my energy as a moral man and society. The paper I consider the possibility of the application of Ethics of care in Ethical education. Ethics of care provides a useful perspective that fundamentally reassess notions of moral practice
